Proud Pets is a product of RightDogMatch. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to create and deliver your personalised print.
What we collect
When you create a print, we collect your name, your dog's name and breed, your email address, the photo you upload, and payment information. Card details are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your details to generate your personalised artwork and to deliver the download link to your email address. We do not use your information for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.
Photo handling
The photo you upload is used only to create your print. It is not shared with third parties, used in advertising, or retained longer than necessary to fulfil your order.

Data retention
Order data is retained for 12 months. After that period, personal data is deleted unless we are required by law to keep it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
