By purchasing a Proud Pets print you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language.
The product
Proud Pets delivers a personalised digital artwork as a downloadable PDF. No physical item is produced or shipped. Frames and props shown in product images are for display purposes only and are not included.
Your licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to print and display the artwork for personal use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes in any form.
Download & access
Your download link is delivered by email and remains active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Save your files promptly — we cannot guarantee link availability beyond that period. If you experience difficulty accessing your files within the first 24 hours, contact us and we will assist you.
Refunds
Because Proud Pets delivers a digital product that is available immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you have not yet downloaded your files and believe there is an error with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
Colour & print quality
Colours may vary between different screens and printing devices. For best results, we recommend using a professional print service. Proud Pets is not responsible for variations in colour or quality resulting from the printing method you choose.

Breed descriptions and personality text included in the artwork are written for decorative and celebratory purposes. They are not veterinary, behavioural, or professional advice of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
